Mandalas mission is to empower clients through life’s twists, turns and challenges both physically, mentally and emotionally.

We provide a down to earth atmosphere where you will be encouraged to work hard, laugh, relax and reset. Whether you are here for your mind, body or soul we honour you and Our Goal is to increase a growing community of people who are happy and healthy by inspiring growth in mind, body and spirit.

Providing a variety of classes and styles, 121 sessions and services, workshops and training facilities.

Nats classes are just BLISS. A mixture of soft and strong. Her classes allow you to meet yourself where you are on the day. I've cried many of times on my mat however I know this is because the space feels safe for me to do so and for that I am so grateful.
