This past week cracked me open. Spiritually. Emotionally. Cosmically.
It’s like my birthday (June 28 — shoutout to my fellow Cancerians) kicked off an energetic firewalk I didn’t quite sign up for — but damn, did my soul RSVP.
Maybe it was the dancing barefoot in a field.
Maybe it was meeting new soul people who speak “frequency.”
Maybe it was my 777 tattoo, thinking it was about my dad and my kids (which… it is… but also? It’s about ME.) Making sense.
Because what happened next?
Was nothing short of a soul-level rewire.
The Symptoms Were… Not Subtle
In the past 7 days I have experienced:
- Headaches that felt like my third eye was doing a full system reboot
- Emotional wails that echoed from past lives (pretty sure I screamed in Lemurian)
- Conversations that were more like karmic initiations, beyond depth
- Wild clarity about where I’ve been performing instead of embodying
- A sudden need to eat blueberries and stare at the moon for answers
It wasn’t cute. It wasn’t aesthetic.
But it was sacred. And it was mine.

Honestly? If I didn’t have friends, guides, soul fam, and Instagram mutuals who know what it’s like to dance on table t9ps and then cry on the bathroom floor during a frequency upgrade …I might’ve checked myself into a spa and not come back.

so I choose me Fully. Not halfway. Not conditionally. Not just when it looks good on a feed.
What This Portal Taught Me:
- I don’t have to explain my evolution to anyone
- Some emotions are ancestral, not personal
- My voice is a spell, not a performance
- I’m not here to be palatable — I’m here to be potent
- Anything can be a ritual — if it aligns with your soul
Even laughing while crying. Even singing to your houseplants. Even writing this while drinking lukewarm tea and wearing yesterday’s t shirt!
So… What Now?
Now, I integrate.
Now, I remember.
Now, I sit with the fact that the tattoo I got to honour others was really a message to myself.
7 is my soul number.
7 is today.
7 is my reminder that I’m not broken — I’m becoming whole.
