*Words are magic *

Our words have so much power, and often we don’t even realise it.

Your words have the ability to transform your life and the life of others.

BE IMPECCABLE WITH YOUR WORDS, Mean what you say and speak with intentions.

Be mindful of your words and the magic they make after all that’s why we call it spelling

Nats classes are just BLISS. A mixture of soft and strong. Her classes allow you to meet yourself where you are on the day. I've cried many of times on my mat however I know this is because the space feels safe for me to do so and for that I am so grateful.

I have known Natalie for a number of years through practising yoga at khya and before. Her classes to me are non judgemental spiritual and I love practising with her and next to her. If you have not practised yoga before or are thinking of taking yoga up either for peace strength or meditation I can guarantee you will enjoy every practise.

I was so nervous coming to yoga as I considered myself to be very unfit and inflexible. Natalie put me at ease within seconds. Her easy going personality and fountain of knowledge made me feel in safe hands. I love receiving reiki treatments and crystal therapy sessions also I always feel ready to take on the rest of my week once I've visited Natalie.

Community Vibes
"Mandala Yoga Studio is more than just a place to practice yoga; it's a community that feels like home. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. The instructors genuinely care about your journey, no matter where you're starting from. It's a place where you can connect with others and grow together—on and off the mat."— Sarah J.

No Expectations, Just Yoga
"I came to Mandala Yoga Studio with no expectations, and that’s exactly what they encouraged. There’s no pressure to be perfect or fit into any mold. It’s all about showing up, doing what you can, and enjoying the process. The ‘come as you are’ mentality really resonates here. It’s been a refreshing change from other studios I’ve tried."— Jason M.

It's not too serious
"I thought yoga was all about bending like a pretzel and holding impossible poses. Turns out, at Mandala Yoga Studio, it's more about finding your own flow... and sometimes just trying not to fall over! Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned pro, you’ll find the perfect balance between challenge and laughter here. My favorite pose? Child’s pose. It’s basically my spirit animal!" — Emily T.
